Welcome to Zenfinity, a mobile application and digital platform operated by Zenfinity Enterprise Private Limited, an Indian company with its registered office at 40A, 8th Floor, C-1, Sector-153, Urbtech NPX, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, India (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “Zenfinity”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenfinity app and related services (“App” or “Platform”). By using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all content, features, and modules available within the Zenfinity App, including but not limited to:

  • Meditation and breathwork sessions
  • Sound frequencies and mantra tracks
  • AI-powered chat modules, including:
    • StarSage (for birth-chart-based insights and Eastern wisdom guidance)
    • InnerCoach (for reflective conversations and emotional clarity)
  • Any future features, experiences, or integrations made available through the app

Zenfinity is classified under the Lifestyle category and is designed for personal development, inner awareness, and wellness exploration. It does not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic services, nor is it a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

2. Eligibility

To use the Zenfinity App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these criteria

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the App, you agree to:

  • Be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional in-app guidelines
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Refrain from any prohibited conduct listed in these Terms

If you do not accept these Terms, you must uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.

4. Description of Services

Zenfinity offers a suite of tools and experiences designed to support mental clarity, emotional awareness, and inner focus through:

  • Pre-recorded meditations, breathing animations, and healing soundtracks
  • AI chat modules powered by proprietary and third-party technologies, delivering:
    • StarSage: personalized astrological insight, spiritual archetype analysis, and cosmic timing guidance
    • InnerCoach: emotionally intelligent self-reflection sessions using curated prompt flows

These modules are provided for educational and self-guidance purposes only. They do not constitute:

  • Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
  • Professional counseling or coaching
  • Predictive guarantees of future events or outcomes

Use of these services is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

5. Account Registration and Access

To use the Zenfinity App, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Other profile or contextual data necessary for certain modules (such as birth details for StarSage)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

5A. User Profiles and Stored Data
Certain Zenfinity modules, such as StarSage, generate personalized insights based on data you provide — which may include your date, time, and place of birth.

This data forms part of your user profile and may be stored securely within the app’s backend to enhance your future interactions and ensure continuity of experience.

By providing this information, you consent to its use for these limited purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of this data at any time by using the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting our support team.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and In-App Purchases

Zenfinity offers a combination of:

  • Subscription-based access (with recurring billing)
  • Pay-as-you-go credit packs (used across eligible features)

These models may be updated or adjusted from time to time to reflect product, platform, or pricing changes.

6.1 Subscription Access

Subscriptions provide users with access to:

  • Breathwork, meditation, and sound frequency content
  • AI features (e.g., InnerCoach and StarSage) with usage allowances or unlocks
  • Additional tools and experiences disclosed in-app

Your subscription starts upon confirmation of payment and renews per the billing terms of the platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
Details of your plan—including entitlements and renewal frequency—are shown within the app at the time of purchase.

6.2 Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Credits allow users to unlock specific content or initiate individual sessions.
They may be used interchangeably across supported modules and remain valid for a limited duration as indicated within the app.

6.3 Usage Allowances

Some Zenfinity modules may include usage-based limitations (e.g., daily access limits, credit deduction rules, reset timers).
These parameters are displayed within the app interface and are subject to change based on technical, commercial, or operational factors.

Users are responsible for reviewing current terms of use within the app dashboard, pricing section, or account settings.

7. Payment Processing & Gateways

Purchases made via the Zenfinity App are currently processed through:

  • Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) for iOS users
  • Google Play Billing for Android users

By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the applicable store policies and terms.
We do not store any full payment card details or credentials, and all transactions are securely handled by the platform provider.

In the future, Zenfinity may support additional secure third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or Razorpay), subject to platform compliance and technical integration. You will be clearly notified if and when this occurs.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases made within the Zenfinity App are non-refundable, except where:

  • Required by local consumer protection laws
  • Mandated by Apple or Google platform policies
  • A verified technical failure prevents access to purchased content

Zenfinity does not offer refunds for:

  • Unused or expired credits
  • Daily usage limits reached
  • Promotional offers not redeemed

Refunds requested via Apple or Google may be processed directly by those platforms at their sole discretion.

9. Free Trials & Promotions

We may occasionally offer:

  • Limited-time trials or free sessions
  • Introductory pricing or discount bundles
  • Seasonal promotions

These offers are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Trial access is typically restricted to one-time use per device or account, unless otherwise stated. Abuse of promotional offers may result in revocation of access or suspension of account privileges.

10. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

By using the Zenfinity App, you agree to use it only for lawful and respectful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Post or transmit any content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with any part of the App or its systems
  • Use the App for any commercial redistribution or resale without our explicit written permission
  • Share login credentials or use another user’s account
  • Circumvent platform limits, attempt to exploit bugs, or abuse promotional offerings
  • Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or unauthorized advertisements

We reserve the right to monitor user behavior and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if these rules are violated.

11. AI Chat Modules and Guidance Disclaimer

Zenfinity includes access to AI-based guidance modules such as:

  • StarSage: offering insight rooted in astrological symbolism and traditional frameworks
  • InnerCoach: facilitating reflective conversations to support emotional clarity and self-inquiry

These modules are designed for:

  • Self-awareness, spiritual exploration, and personal growth
  • Users seeking to deepen insight into themselves through structured dialogue and symbolic systems

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The AI responses are generated algorithmically and do not constitute professional advice
  • The App does not offer therapy, diagnosis, coaching, or medical/psychological care
  • Use of Zenfinity’s AI modules should not delay or replace seeking professional medical, psychological, or spiritual care where appropriate.
  • All insights are provided “as-is,” for informational purposes only

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on the guidance received

12. Intellectual Property

All content made available on or through the Zenfinity App is the exclusive property of Zenfinity Enterprise Private Limited or its licensors. This includes:

  • Brand identity, app design, UI/UX
  • Voice recordings, breathwork visuals, mantras, audio tracks
  • AI-generated content templates and prompt frameworks
  • All original and curated content (meditations, frequencies, text, video, images)
  • Software code, algorithms, and proprietary logic

You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent. Limited personal use is granted solely for your individual non-commercial use of the App. Users retain ownership of any personal journal entries or written responses they input into the app but grant Zenfinity a license to process, store, and analyze such data for service delivery.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We detect abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent behavior
  • Required by law, platform policy, or third-party compliance
  • You misuse AI features, abuse refund requests, or engage in conduct harmful to the app or its community

Upon termination for cause, any remaining credits, balances, or subscription access shall be automatically forfeited without refund or compensation.
This forfeiture does not affect your legal obligations accrued prior to termination. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support or using the in-app account deletion feature (if available). Termination of account will not affect your obligations accrued before termination, including any unpaid dues or violations of law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Zenfinity and its affiliates, licensors, directors, team members, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:
    • Loss of data, profits, opportunity, or reputation
    • Emotional distress, misinterpretation, or dependency on app content
    • Platform outages, downtime, or infrastructure issues beyond our control

Zenfinity is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not guarantee:

  • That the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your unique context

That any guidance will result in specific personal, professional, or emotional outcomes

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Zenfinity App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at:  www.zenfinity.app/privacy-policy We strongly encourage you to read it carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with our data practices, please discontinue use.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Legal or regulatory changes
  • Product enhancements or feature rollouts
  • Payment, pricing, or usage model changes
  • Evolving platform (App Store / Google Play) guidelines

We will notify users of material changes via:

  • In-app notifications or banners where appropriate

By continuing to use Zenfinity after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to:

  • The exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India
  • Or, at our sole discretion, resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the arbitration seat in New Delhi

19. Final Binding Clause

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenfinity with respect to your use of the App. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals—whether oral or written—between you and us.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We collect certain data automatically when you use the App:
