By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Who We Are

Zenfinity is a self-awareness platform offering guided meditation, breathwork, and AI-based chat experiences. The App includes:

  • Meditation, breathwork, and sound-based content
  • StarSage (AI-guided astrological insight)
  • InnerCoach (AI-powered emotional self-reflection)

A. Personal Information You Provide

  • Birth details (date, time, and location) – used to generate personalized astrological insights
  • Payment-related data (processed via App Store, Play Store, or future third-party gateways like Stripe or Razorpay)
  • Feedback, support requests, or messages sent to us

B. Technical & Usage Information (Automatically Collected)

We collect certain data automatically when you use the App:

  • Device type and ID, operating system, app version
  • IP address and approximate geolocation
  • Interaction logs (e.g., features accessed, session frequency, tap/click behavior)
  • App performance and crash diagnostics

C. Cookies & Analytics

We may use SDKs, cookies, and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to:

  • Understand user behavior
  • Optimize app performance
  • Serve internal marketing campaigns

You can control tracking preferences in your device settings or operating system (especially on iOS).

D. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Services

When you use AI-powered features in our mobile application, the text you submit through those features will be transmitted to a third-party AI service for processing. We use third-party AI services to generate responses, suggestions, or personalized content. The third-party service we use is the OpenAI API.

We do not send any additional personal information (such as your email address, device identifiers, or other account details) to the AI service unless you explicitly include that information as part of your input.

By using the AI features, you consent to your submitted text being processed by the third-party AI provider for the purpose of generating responses.

You may choose not to use these features if you do not agree with this data sharing.

We retain any text or responses in accordance with our general data retention policies described in this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate astrological or emotional insights using AI modules

If you choose to use StarSage or any insight-generating features, we may ask for your birth date, time, and location. This data:

  • Is used to generate your personalized astrological or spiritual profile
  • May be stored securely in your account to support future AI sessions
  • Is not shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing
  • Is treated as sensitive information under applicable privacy laws

You may request to delete this data at any time by contacting our support team.

5. How We Share or Disclose Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data under limited circumstances:

A. Platform Services

We may share relevant data with third-party tools that enable platform functionality, such as:

  • App Store / Play Store billing providers
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Analytics or crash monitoring SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel)
  • AI service providers used to generate birth charts or interpret user prompts

These partners receive only the minimum data necessary to fulfill their technical role, and are contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements.

However, no system can guarantee 100% security. By using the App, you accept this inherent risk.

The Zenfinity App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
 We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their information promptly.

11. International Users and Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in India or in other countries where our infrastructure or third-party partners are located.
 By using Zenfinity, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred and stored outside your home jurisdiction, and consent to such transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
 Any changes will be posted on this page and reflected by a “Last Updated” date at the top.
 In the case of significant updates, we may notify users in-app or via email.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
